Decent stay but had basics were a miss! excellent staff

Hi, while the room was a large spacious room for 3 people so comfortable. A couple of call-outs that were not mentioned: 1. Location - it is not close to the center and neither are trams close by. One has to walk for 15 minutes to get any tram or bus 2. They do not provide the necessities: no hot water kettle, no cups, no tea/coffee, no iron, no water bottles or jugs or even bottles and most importantly no phone. If you want to connect with someone from the reception. You have to walk all the way downstairs to the reception while the staff was extremely sweet and kind, we asked for a hot water kettle and iron and got both, extremely sincere staff. The Holiday Inn - the niu, Fender Amsterdam by IHG amenities need alot of work around

Great view from my room of the canal. Not very far from the centre of the city. Staff was mixed bag, some were courteous some were curt. Decent breakfast options.

Hotel location is good.. all staffs friendly.. Public transport from Hotel within 1 KM.. Breakfast in average.. No room service in this Hotel...
