Nice hotel with all the necessary amenities in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a 10 mins walk from sloterdijk station which has metro as well as fast train to central station. Not many places to eat nearby hence better to have dinner in the centrum and then come back to the hotel or else uber eats is always helpful. We booked interconnected rooms as we were travel-ling with kids which turned out to be a great option. Overall stay was comfortable, though not right into the centre but still easily approachable.

Stay was good. I am impressed with staff behaviour and their cooperation for early checkin and late check out. They also have free storage area for your luggage. High recommend property for stay. Added

Stayed here for 1 night friendly courteous staffs and reception. Nice cozy room, high speed internet, bar with restaurant, good location. However, breakfast spread option needs more items and atleast 1 water bottle in room for consumption. Overall I would highly recommend this place - Urban Lodge Hotel.

Super friendly staff, breakfast fresh with hot food and good variety, free tea/coffee 24h available, rooms comfortable and clean, very good size, nice interior and modern decoration, cosy wide open lounge red ax area with open fireplace, superb for visiting in winter, restaurant with good variety of dishes, bar well equipped with very friendly bartender, overall would give score 9/10 as location is 7 mins walk from the station, will be coming back, tax!

Clean Hotel awesome friendly staff very help full coffee cappuccino espresso, tea 24 hours free and sometimes sandwiches and puff available. Location was good nearby by tram, train or bus for central station Amsterdam is awesome. The people here as well.

Very to near to Sloterdijk station with a good access to trams, metro, bus, and train. You can but the transport passes from a min 1 day till a week.

Staff seem was great. But Ginni was cold curt and unhelpful and had an attitude.

The hotel was decent and warm but everything about the service was very disappointing. The elevator wasn't working during the time of the stay, so my parents had to carry their up to the third floor through stairs. A couple they met during the stay mentioned they were trapped in the elevator for a long time. Also, the chef wasn't there for the entire 3 day stay of my parents, and this was informed to them at the last minute when it was too late to step out for a meal. I had booked this Hotel for my parents going by it's nice reviews and decent location, but clearly it was a huge mistake. It was probably the wrong time to be there, given that the Hotel was going through so many mishaps, but I definitely won't recommend it to friends.
