ibis Amsterdam Centre

Room is not clean the next day…and rooms are very small, they have not provided the coffee and green tea Bags as well

room size are so small that these are only for 2 people. there is not enough space for luagage. if you have big suitcase. no phone to call service. you need to go down. no electric cattle, water etc in room, you need to come down. your room will be locked at fix time and you need to pay extra in case of delay. you can hear train noise in room because train cross below hotel

The location of property is excellent. It’s just next to Amsterdam central. The property is maintained well and housekeeping is really awesome. However, the price they charge doesn’t go along with the amenities provided in the room. There is no kettle or mineral water available in the rooms. On the whole its a good property if want to explore Amsterdam on a shorter stay as all major attractions are near by and for the others the public transport is available just next to the property including metro, tram, cruise, bus.

The rooms are too small. No option for food. Only advantage is location. Your portal dint show other good options at similar price points. Felt miserable choosing the hotel thru MMT

The property is located on top of the platforms of Amsterdam Centraal Station. The location is great. However amenities wise this hotel is really bad. No kettle or cups in rooms. No phone. No in room dining. The breakfast is as basic as it can get! The beds are acceptably sized and comfortable. Iron and iron table are available on the common area near the elevator. No water bottles are provided as standard which Ibis in neighbouring cities and countries does. The staff is curt and almost doesn’t want to see you or talk to you! For a little more money, theres better hotels in the vicinity.

Pretty average in terms of room size and service quality. Only plus point is proximity to City Centre and Amsterdam Centraal Station.

Property location is good, staff is Nice but the room size is very very small, washrooms are tiny, No phones in the room, No water ,No kettle...Over all nothing is there,so if you want a comfortable room then this option a is terrible.

Located right outside the Amsterdam centraal station, it's well connected to trams, buses, metro, and ferry. But the rooms are very small and not very good. The bathroom plumbing had a problem and water clogging takes hours clear out. there was no dustbin provided or any face tissue. Toilet paper quality was bad. Staff seemed quite uninterested, although they helped whenever needed.

The location of the hotel was really nice and the staffs were also very kind and gentle. At the same time the hotel was also very pocket friendly. The room was tidy and comfortabel with an amazing view.

Rooms too small, nonelectric kettle. Above that water supply broke down . They shifted us to Mercure for the night. Mercure allowed us till 12pmthe next day. while Ibis Amsterdam would allow check in only after 3pm the next day. Too much inconvenience, spoilt our itinerary

Main advantage is location. It is superb. Breakfast spread is average. Rooms are average. Room service is very very poor. The electric kettle was not working, in spite of repeated requests, it was not repaired

Rooms small but superb location. only 40 steps from amsterdam central station. Breakfast timing from 7 AM to 12 Noon

Ibis is centrally located just 3 minutes walk from central station of Amsterdam.also it is located in the centre of all the major sightseeing and restaurants within a 2 minute walk . Rooms are small but comfy.our stay was exclusive of breakfast, but we paid for one breakfast which was worth the money . Receptionists are very helpful and attentive.

Excess to main places and central station is just a stone throw. Very very convenient location. Cosy and satisfactory accommodation for short stay.

The location of the place is awesome. All the main attractions are within walking distance. Metro and the central station are just outside the hotel. The breakfast spread is decent and coffee excellent. The rooms are a bit small but well appointed with good sound proofing.
