taff was friendly and helpful, making the experience very comfortable.

The room service and cleaning were of poor quality. Needed to clean the room 2 times, still there was hair and wrappers on the floor. There was no cups, the second day and when asked they said to come and collect it from the bar. Horrible experience

Great place ...main advantages are : big hotel away from the bustling and crowded Amsterdam central ,Rooms are nice and cosy. Only disadvantage is that the metro station is a bit far and the taxi fares arr high since the hotel is outside the hustle bustle area. All in all a great choice to stay especially since the room rates are pretty decent compared to the rather expensive hotel rooms in the center of Amsterdam

It was a great property, a little further from the city centre but accessible by Metro. Well maintained rooms and friendly staff.

The Location is amazing, very close to the metro station. The room is well furnished and the housekeeping has excellent service. Very neat and orderly. Great experience.

Mercure Amsterdam city hotel is good upscale hotel from Accor group,more pricely as per Indian standard,quite far away from Main city centre,but you can reach by Metro 51 at Nearby station overamstel and have 800 meter distance from hotel.food not tried at hotel because vegan option was limited

Fantastic hotel - very close to central area and RAI, rooms clean, excellent breakfast and restaurant and great view if you get a top floor room

Very small room, no place to stand even, no water bottles, no dental kits, charging very very high as per the services even mercure sloderjik is far far better than this, i will scale this to 2 and mercure sloderjik to 10

Location was very good - had 2 metro station to get to the city centre. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice. Value for Money !!!

The property is beautifully built with vast space for in house dining, guest relaxation, bar, restaurant et al. The room was of good size with amenities like lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner made available. The view was of the city in distance which was pretty good to check the rain and wind situation as it rained during our stay. The commute to the city and airport was comfortable through the metro station located 650m away

hello. my stay was amazing here. staff was really helpful. i reached there 1 hour before check in but still they gave me the room. 😇

They did not even provide the drinking water in the room. After the room service they did not provide the fresh towels, inf-act the used towel was left at the same place and was not even touched and was also wet by the time i returned from meeting

Every thing was fine room cleanliness food staff decor ambience was upto the mark and satisfying
