I had a very bad experience at this hotel. Please avoid staying here, it can ruin your trip. (1) The hotel gave me a very late check-in at 4:30 PM, but when I checked out at 1:00 PM, they insisted on charging me extra. (2) There was absolutely no service provided. I didn’t even get a plate or spoon to eat with. (3) Since they didn’t provide us with plates, we ate at their dining table, and for that, they charged us an extra (4) Overall, this was a terrible experience. I strongly advise others not to stay here.

Great location, walkable from a lot of spots. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Overall a pleasant experience.

Overall great experience. Location is good, tram stop, market nearby. Continental breakfast is awesome. They give you free drinks in the bar if you choose not to get room cleaning service.

Be ready to stay in a smallish room with no view, and with average service. But the location of this hotel makes up for everything, it's walking distance from almost everything.

The pictures of this one are definitely a little deceiving, the rooms are small with no view as such. Also, there are two Nh in the same area, both with names that have Centre in them, so make sure you choose this one and go here The location of this hotel is definitely amazing, walking distance from everything important

Good location, walkable from Tram stop and the city centre. Nice big rooms and quiet surroundings.

Loved my stay. Everything was almost perfect there. Staff was very supportive. Food was good. Location near to some cool places. Room service was fast enough. What else would you expect. We both loved our stay.

Perfectly located in party area, nice view, comfortable rooms. Close to Tram. 4 Star. Rooms were perfectly clean, medium sized rooms. Reception was quite helpful. Only issue was they did not let us check-in before 3 pm, which was quite uncomfortable for me after a long flight.

My overall experience with this hotel is good. Staff were very polite and supportive. I would surely like to mention name of Ms. Merel, she was very understanding and caring. Location was excellent, most of the transport systems, food joints, casino and pub were on walking distance. Hotel was well maintained though I was staying at standard room but rooms were spacious.
