The bed was really comfortable. The check in and out was smooth and the location was great, just a small walk from the airport.

Staff are nice and that's the only good part of this hotel Rooms are way too small , won't recommend for staying more than a night and forget of booking if you are with someone

I was slightly confused if the bed was in the bathroom. The structure of the room is weird. It’s fine for a single person to stay maybe for a day but for more than one person, you might face serious privacy issues with the open shower.

The hotel rooms were extremely small and the food options were extremely limited for breakfast and for anything else. The hotel automatically set "no cleaning" for the stay.

The only good thing about the stay was the free i-pad in the room.
The size of the room was too small! It was more like a pod. The location was fine but it wasn't Worth the money at all.

We wanted to stay close to Schiphol for an early morning flight and nothing could have been better than citizenM. Check-in and check-out is a brisker and the best part was the buffet where they have also served some nice Indian spicy food which was surprising as we could not go out due to heavy rains. As usual the rooms are not spacious but they are very comfortable for providing a good night rest. I would recommend this hotel for solo business travellers as it is very conveniently located and this was my third time here so you can say I am enjoying the stay at citizenM.

The location is great as we walked from the hotel to the airport when we were flying out. The self check-in and check-out process is super efficient.

Hats off to the architect who designed the rooms playing with the space. Hotel staff were very courtesies and professionals. Check in facilities are excellent. Overall fantastic experience.

Rooms are very small. Toilet is just near to entrance with transparent glass .. If you are travelling alone it is OK. It is away from amstradam central. Hotel stay is useful for airport transit passengers becz it is in walkable distance. Internet connection is very fast

Good compact rooms. Perfect for night stay before early morning flights. While hotel itself has average dining options, the food court at Schipol offers a wonderful choice. Overall a great value for money option.

Nice hotel, clean room and polite staff. Value for money. Will stay in same hotel again. CitizenM hotel is just 300-400 away from Schiphol airport and have good connectivity with metro train and buses.

Excellent hotel. Walking distance from the airport. Small but uniquely designed rooms. Ideal for short stays. I wouldn't recommend for families. Excellent internet speeds. You can use the airport train station for great connectivity.
