I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Amsterdam City. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after long days exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, showing genuine hospitality at every turn. The hotel’s location is very convenient — just a short walk or tram ride from nearby tram and metro stations, making it easy to access central Amsterdam or surrounding neighborhoods. The hotel facilities are solid: I appreciated the lounge areas, business center, and meeting rooms. However, two areas could use some improvement: the restaurant / food options (some dishes lacked variety or flavor), and the gym could be bigger or better equipped. Overall, though, it was a good stay. For the price and convenience, Novotel Amsterdam City is a reliable choice, especially if they enhance their dining variety and expand the fitness area.

Best hotel to stay in Amsterdam. Connectivity with public transport (tram) is very good and its only 3 mins walk and tram will take you to all major tourist. Hotel has wide spread breakfast. Staff is really polite helpful. Some of the staff also speak Hindi and feels very connected.

Nice Hotel, in between Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Centraal. Location is accessible from Metro and Team and is close to RAI station. I had a comfortable stay over 4 nights.

This is the second day I stayed in this hotel. They have Very clean rooms & professional staff. Its super close to tram, bus and train stations. Surrounding area has a beautiful park and the hotel allows outside food delivery too!

We'll located, modern hotel - near 2 metro/rail/team stations. Peaceful & green neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast buffet in the mornings. We received an upgrade to our room with a complementary mini-bar service on a daily basis

Everything about this hotel is nice, it's located very close to old / main amsterdam accessible to all parts of Amsterdam from Station RAI ( Metro, Tram, High speed train) if you travel 3 stops on the tram, you will find a number of restaurants. the rooms are spacious and clean

Location 10/10. Rooms super comfy equipped with necessary amenities. Very helpful staff and for food u will find a lot of Indian restaurants nearby

I wanted to share some honest feedback from my recent stay. The overall experience did not quite match the standards typically expected from a 4-star property, especially when compared to Accor hotels in other cities or even in India. There was limited variety in the food options available, which made dining a bit underwhelming no ala-carte for breakfast. Limited options in buffet being a business hotel. I was also informed that the hotel was short-staffed in the food and beverage section, which may have contributed to the experience. Additionally, I found it quite inconvenient that the hotel does not accept cash payments. Even for something as basic as a dental kit, I had to go down to the reception to collect it—something that could have easily been sent to the room or placed in the room.

Location - When you arrive the location may feel a bit isolated. But it is well connected to city with metro and tram. Takes ~20 mins to go to city but okay. Room - i found them smaller than expectation but larger and comfortable for the said price in amsterdam. Breakfast - usual novotel breakfast. Good continental spread, live omelettes, coffee was below average. Staff - Didn’t interact much, checkin was smooth. I can stay again as wont find same amenities in this price in amsterdam city area.

We really liked the hotel and stay. Staff was very co operative and helpful. The location was too good as it was just 10 minutes away from the center location and 2 minutes walk from metro orctram. I would advise people to stay here at-least once thanks

My stay at novotel amsterdam was really wonderful- great location, just a few steps away from the team station and the metro as well. Also the breakfast spread was quite large and wholesome.
