Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam

Our stay was good. Breakfast was good all staff was very helpful specifically their customer service person at tour and travel area.

Hotel is located at good place and staff is good and cooperative stay was nice enjoyed stay will recommend the hotel

In the heart of city center, loved staying there.

Reception staff was not very helpful, we had to carry our luggage to room ourselves, only one very old lift, sometimes not functioning, told us to go to the third floor though our room was on the first floor, stayed there for 3 nights but no one cleaned room for last day and no replenishment of coffee pods, cups remained dirty. No porter to carry our luggage while checking out, the reception staff lady helped us in getting our luggage to the taxi. Not worth five stars or even four-star ranking. We stayed there from 11 September to 14th September were on our two weeks Europe tour and had a very pleasant stay at Budapest, Prague, and Vienna. But our worst experience at this hotel.

My check-in was delayed, rest all was OK.

The beautiful property was so close to all the major landmarks. The service was truly 5 star and exceptional. The mini bar was free and replenished regularly. Highly recommended stay! Made the Amsterdam trip so much more pleasant.

Hotel very good and the all mini bar is free, it is real value for money, very close to all atraction attractions and in city center. All the staff were good and very help full, they have best heated swimming pool.

The best thing about the hotel - Free Mini bar The location is brilliant also. Walking distance from Amsterdam Central and within 1 km range of all the major attractions. (Anne Frank, Museums, Cruises.

The location of the hotel is perfect - right next to the central station. Almost all landmarks are walking distance from the hotel - in a 1 km radius. Service was good - decent breakfast and also a free mini-bar! Only issue we faced was that since it is a heritage hotel - there are no ACs - only climate control. Since, we visited in summer - it did get a bit stuffy - we eventually had to call for fans to be put in our room. Overall, pretty good though.
