Poor staff behavior, Food is very average. Very slow process, and even I have to pay for shuttle bus, no responsibility.

They charge you for the transit from the airport to the hotel and hotel back. They do not take it at the time when you are coming from the airport to the hotel, but they have added the cost when you’re going back from the hotel to the airport, so it is not freein room, dining and restaurant does not have a lot of food options

The hotel is close to the airport but far from the main city. Property is good and provides airport pick up and drop. My stay was comfortable.

There have no service staff, they are not take cash payment, always asking for card payment still even for water bottles too

The hotel is very good if you want to use it for transit. Otherwise it is very far from the city centre. The hotel offers shuttle but drop to centre is for a fee of 5 euro per person. The rooms are spacious, with all amenities.

It's not close to airport as it's name suggests they don't provide shuttle service in night time. I had to pay around 2k for airport transfer. So waste of money

The free Hotel shuttle service from the Airport makes it easy to visit City center. Check in and check out smooth and staffs were welcoming and helpful.

Location is away from the city center, but close to airport. Shuttle conveniently available from the airport to hotel every 40 mins. Takes 12-15 mins to the hotel. Train station at the airport offers all tickets and passes to the train, tram and bus. Very good luxurious spacious rooms. Welcoming staff. Amazing pillows. Overall a wonderful stay. Good calm surroundings. If you have a day pass or commitment near the airport, then this location is good.
