Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark

The food was not the best however the service especially in the lobby upon check in & whenever any help is needed was terrible. The 1st person i met, maxwell, was neither welcoming nor helpful. The room was terrible. The coffee machine was not functioning, the sink is blocked & the safe is not working. While they have all these issues & i requested support multiple times, no one responded even after asking mr. Maxwell to meet the manager, he completely ignored my request. I totally not recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay not so far from the city and very peaceful and quite place second biggest park is right in-front with a superb view

Room had no amenities except soap.

Basic amenities were not provided such as toiletries, had to go down to the lobby always to communicate with the staff, there was no way to contact them from the room itself.

We an excellent stay hotel is away from the busy centre but very accessible to commute. A big thank u to mr goshi & the rest of the staff who extremely helpful & courteous

Beautifully located around remembrant park area and close to tram station. Brilliant views and food from their rooftop restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place and the staff was very helpful.

Location is lovely has and adjoining Park, and good connectivity with public transport. The room does not have a fridge or a proper wardrobe. The design of the toilet door is poor, and if kept open and when the main door is opened there is a crash. There is no housekeeping staff on call.

This hotel is first of all very far form the City Centre. The tram services are limited and if you miss a tram you will have to wait for 10-15 min for another tram. The front desk staff was not friendly at all and can be a bit rude. The rooms are not worth the price plus the rooms lack cellphone network coverage. The breakfast spread is good but very limited options for vegetarians. Overall the stay was good but not worth the amount.

Me and my wife stayed for two nights at hotel. Room was very smelly and bathroom lock was not working. We informed the reception, there employee came to review the door and assured to send someone to fix this. No one never came. Sheets were not cleaned next day which meant we were left with messy room next day. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Not worthy of money.

Too expensive, front desk staff need to be more cordial and nice towards guests. Overall an average experience. I have had better experience at Ramada hotel branches at other locations and places

Pleasant stay. Just few km away from Amsterdam Centraal. Great ambience with a Park right next to hotel. However, they could increase the number of cycles on rent.

We stayed in another hotel before this one. It was half the price and twice the size. The lobby at this hotel is grim and unwelcoming and the staff is helpful but really slow. Expect to wait minimum 10 minutes every single time you go to the reception.

Don't expect indian dishes, good english breakfast

Hotel is decent with decent rooms, but don't expect any kind of hospitality. Beds were really uncomfortable. No staff to pick luggage.

Although about 20 minutes by tram from Central station, the hotel has worth staying. Room size was quite big enough for 3 of us.
