Park Plaza Vondelpark, Amsterdam

The hotel has quite small rooms and it is a help yourself kind of experience. Firstly, they don't help to walk along with you and your luggage upto the room. They provided me water only once complementary in my 8 night stay. The bottle which is hardly 350ml they ask you to refill from the toilet!!! is this hygiene ?? they say amsterdam tap water is good quality. If you really want to promote, you shall build a tap in the room somewhere. The other option to refill water was at reception. The management is really intelligent to think that no matter as many people stay in room they will require a total of 350ml of water a day. Can't you afford to give a large sized bottle you idiots!😡 Another disappointing thing was the arrogance of the black lady at restaurant. She was so harsh when I asked her to check if the chef could make me a vegetarian breakfast, her response was - our chef don't make vegetarian food, we have scrambled eggs if you want to eat !! you should have this flexibility when you are providing a very limited option for breakfast only 3 dishes everyday - Pancake, Scrambled egg and bacon+beans/mashrooms. if you are not able to provide you shall mention about your incapability of hiring a chef who cannot make vegetarian breakfast. This is not the way you treat a visitor to your country and that to when I stayed for 8 nights!

Very modern hotel with all the amenities. Loved staying here. Thomas was especially very accommodating and helpful. Location is perfect and quiet

Location is in residential area very close to main high street of Amsterdam.

Though we checked in late at night, but was expecting a much more warm welcome, than what we received. The person at the reception was least interested. After a exhausting day, we even had to carry the luggage to our room.

Very wonderful and memorable stay at Park Plaza. Location is wonderful near Vondelpark and all tourist attractions. Very friendly staff especially jazz who is brilliant. Superb amenities will get only better in excellent star property.

Center location. It is a good stay for 2 people.

I was welcomed by pleasant hotel staff and great breakfast buffet. Hotel location is within 3-5 min of tram station and you can be in city center within 10 minutes. Not to mention beautiful Vondelpark is also 5 min away!
