Best Western Amsterdam

We stayed for one night. Quad room was small. We slept good but for managing luggage no space. Breakfast was good. We all enjoyed. Water glass and bottles were not available in the room.

Easily accessible from public transport, food is typical continental, ambience is good. Rooms are clean

THE MOST IMPORTANT THE WIFI WAS NOT WORKING AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO HELP. THE LOCATION IS OKAY , DIDNOT TRY THE FOOD AND OTHER AMENITIES .

Nice infrastructure friendly staff members clean hygiene and big rooms. We had a memorable time at amsterdam

The property is good. It has beautiful and spacious rooms. The area around the hotel is really peacefully and easily accessible to all the major tourist locations.

Location is good but slightly away from major attractions. However, direct tram service is available. Services and amenities wise, it is a good option by the breakfast is very costly.

The stay was quite comfortable. They have all the amenities at the hotel and in the room like ac, temperature control etc. Beds were comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. There was no noise around. The hotel is a 10 minutes walk away from the metro and is close to all business offices and convention centres like rai. The staff was quite cortageous and smiles whenever you enter or exit the hotel. The room cleaning was okish, cleaning staff didn't understood english so that was the gap. Overall, i'm quite with the stay.

Hotel was relatively good in comparison to euro-peon standards (which quite low in front of asian hotels. Had issues with sound proofing. Walls were paper thin and too much disturbances.

our stay in best western hotel amsterdam was quite satisfying. we reached early so our room was not ready so we left our luggage in the hotel and went to town. when we returned in the evening, our room was ready. we had booked a triple room and it was quite neat with three single beds and all the amenities that one requires in a good hotel. best thing is it was provided for three people. the breakfast buffet was well spread and had variety. the bar was also well equipped and service of staff was excellent. the lack of an a-la-carte restaurant was felt as good food options were not available in the vicinity and the hotel only had a buffet restaurant. the saving grace for some people though was an automatic pizza machine which came in handy for some people. check out was also smooth and the hotel staff called us a taxi for our further destination.

Nice place, good food well connected and a great staff to look up to. Big rooms and a place where you feel inclusive and overall welcoming place. Must explore again when we get to Amsterdam

Good hotel, located outside the city town.

Staying is so good had a wonderful time with clean and hygiene environment. Public transport facilities near by hotel is so go, service is wonderful throughput the stay. Enjoyed well

We had a good experience, apart from the location which is Around 20 mins from the main center company tram/bus/metro. All means of transportation are very well connected. Hotel service, food and all other aspects were up to the mark.

The room was good and spacious. And the location is also good.

While we had an amazing room, and the location. The staff apparently wasn't that friendly and arrogant. The hotel does not provide even a kettle in the room and when asked for hot water from the staff, all you get is the arrogant looks from the staff.

Didn't opt for food, location is good and service is also good.
Well maintained but luggage was not taken care for return journey.

Good hotel to stay but no help from management.

The staff was not very welcoming. We got a very small room. Very very small room. The bathroom was minute. There was construction and repair going on in the same floor the whole time. Room had just one little bulb for light. No kettle no water. One plug point.

Location was a 15 mins Tram ride from Central. But overall it was a nice experience with supporting staff.
