I have made the payment They said payment not received. They took the payment again with me. does not respond to them as well as me.

The stay was pleasant and clean yet quite happening. you get good young vibes. I was not expecting so nice stay at such a reasonable price

Property and location is very good! Staff is okay! I would recommend this place for anybody planning to visit amsterdam.

It was a terrible experience first there room are so tiny and they have 6 beds in it. The top most requires you to climb 10-12 feet. Beds are not comfortable at all. The location is far away from central. They don’t provide anything and charges very high for even the towels. You have to pay around 12 euro just for the towel.

Rooms were too small and food was same everyday, no towels provided, everything they rented and with female customers too they combined which was bit ackward Stay was average, nothing was given basic thing everything was on Rent

This is coming from an introvert who was staying in a hostel alone for the first time. Pros: the location was quaint and away from the bustle of the city center, there is a beautiful park right outside. The bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The curtain on the bed added a huge deal of privacy. And luckily the people in my room were sweet as well. The coffee was great. Cons: have the breakfast here if you absolutely have to - it's kind of mid. Storage lockers (if you're early for checkin) is chargeable.

Although the property is beautiful. The most important thing about being in a hospitality industry is hospitality. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They need to calm down and be a little more welcoming to people who’ve come from far away countries to have a good time.

Check in time is too late 2pm. Some of the rooms are too small and congested. People at the reception aren’t very receptive.

The stay was overall good. But when 6 people joins the room, then there is no place to keep the baggage. Also they clean they do not clean the room everyday. But it was a budget friendly accommodation without any other issues.

I had to pay extra 6€ even I paid the tariff, also they don’t provide locks so you will have to buy one and for that they will charge extra 7.5 €.

Great room, cool, chic interiors. Clean room and washrooms. But the amenities are misleading. They mention lockers but what's available is a storage space and you need to get a lock yourself.

The place did not accept our booking and neither refunded our money. Make my trip was also not reachable in Amsterdam.

Amsterdam is a quite expensive affair when it comes to stay. But generator was handily, it wasn’t much far from the center and had most of the things one would ask for. Room are clean and spacious so even if you are with more people it doesn’t feel suffocating.

We reached Generator at Around 7 pm. Checkin was easy and the vibe of the place was good. The quadruple bedroom is quite small and no space for luggage. Although it was a clean and convenient location.

Good room and very good hotel surroundings

The hostel is located near Alexanderschplein Station. Take a tram 9 from Centraal Station and walk from Alexanderschplein. The stay was comfortable and staff was friendly. There's an auditorium and cool cafe. Also, the hostel hosts parties on weekends. There's a beautiful park with direct access from the hostel. Overall, I loved the stay here.
