Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The staff was very sweet and helpful and even surprised me with a birthday present. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star was the misinformation on MakeMytrip, it was not mentioned anywhere that cleaning happens only once a week and we were staying there for 5 nights so nothing was replenished for 6 days. No fresh towels, sheets, or even tea-coffee was denied as it is replenished while weekly cleaning.

There are two tram stops nearly 300-400 m away. So connectivity is not a problem. The property is neat and tidy and the staff is courteous. A decent continental breakfast. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Cleaning is once a week that could be a small problem. Glass door for the washroom may bother families. Overall highly recommended for a peaceful and trouble free stay.
