Location is good. All kind of transportation is nearby. Hotel room is also okay. It’s worth the price.

Room are very small size for 2 person not convenient, even you can’t open your luggage easily. Location is okay.

Staff was not good. I reached late night gates were closed which can be opened from inside. I had to wait 15 mins outside in cold and raining weather.

We had forgotten our adaptor and requested one at the reception. Even though they had the adaptor they denied and asked to buy a new one from the lobby store. I asked for room change atleast thrice but they didn't do that either. There were no basic toiletries at the hotel. We were told it is available on request at the reception. The breakfast was basic as well. The worst part is that it is one station far from amsterdam central. So you either have to take a train which is slightly costly and the metro takes forever to reach.

Your front office staff member ashley was super kind and helpful. It was the best property as it's near the metro and rail station. Even the bus stop was mins away walking. The breakfast served was amazing especially the donuts. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Shady place to live no food no service

The park inn by radisson amsterdam city west is a nice hotel outside the city center. I stayed there for three nights with my husband recently. The hotel is situated right next to the amsterdam sloterdijk train station, making it quite easy to travel to different parts of the city. The area was great, very quiet but super safe. The staff was helpful and friendly and overall we had a great stay.

This hotel is near the railway station & amsterdam central is very near to it. Just 10 min distance. Besides hotel holland casino. Self checkin and check out facility no need to wait for reception. Overall very good experience. The room is also neat and clean.

Park inn was conveniently located 5 mins walk next to the train, metro, bus and tram stations. It's also just a train station away from the airport. The room was comfortable, the front desk was helpful and the restaurant was good. The only problem was ordering and finding a taxi.
