Good one but not upto d hilton standard

Ths DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Amsterdam Centraal Station was in d centre very close to d central station and 15 minutes walk to dam square. But d room which we stayed was a accessible one. It was big but not upto d standard definitely. Being a hilton 4 star property we expected a lot but didn't expect this. Carpet was stained and had a very bad smell wanted to change d room but they said it was full and we had to adjust some how by spraying wid a room spray so that it doesn't smell bad and we could sleep. The next day the senior staff mr larza. May be thus name or something in letter l. He helped us out and gave us a upgraded room. It was better than d previous one. Had a lovely view. But room and bathroom were very small. Breakfast was very good but being a 4 star property wid such fancy price. I would definitely want to see a more greater one upto hilton standard definitely

The Hotel is centrally located next to Central Station. The room was clean, spacious for Amsterdam standards with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, the breakfast was good with quite a few options, the staff, especially the concierge, was extremely helpful in guiding and arranging the sightseeing tours as per our requirements. They also helped coordinate with the airline office for Airport transfer at our requested time. Overall, a good place to stay during family vacations.

Our 3 nights stay in DoubleTree by Hilton was the highlight of our Vacation. The location was perfect, rooms facing the canal is a beautiful sight to wake up to. We also ordered food in our room, it was delicious.
