I had a pleasant stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth (apart from the official check-in time). The location is excellent, being very close to the metro, which makes exploring Amsterdam easy. My room had a nice view overlooking the canal, which was very relaxing. The only downside was the late check-in time, which required me to wait a bit before accessing the room. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

I had traveled for work for 2 nights and found the staff very helpful and accommodating. The location is very good and convenient to the rai exhibition center and few minutes to the central station. Highly recommend this hotel for the location and friendliness of staff.

I took the delux room by paying extra. Hotel charges extra for basic toiletries. Doesnt give drinking water complementary too. Even if i checked in late by 9 pm, hotel was not flexible to give me even 2 hours for late check out. Breakfast area is huge but with only few people sitting there makes it feel odd too.
