Kettle problem in room

coupleThe kettle was rusty and unclean. People can catch fatal problems by drinking from a rusted tea kettle. I requested immediate assistance and replacement of the kettle but no-one came throughout the night and the morning. Finally, complained to the main reception about it, and they gave us a new one. Well the mood for coffee was long gone by then.
