Property is good only the city charges they have charged more

No Water Bottle in room. Bed was small. No area for luggage storage. Limited. Location is far away.

Staff's behaviour was quite rude and rigid. They charged a lot for the rooms yet didn't provide basic amenities like toiletries, dental kits etc. When we asked for room service, they denied that also. Very nice stay.very helpful staff

Really good hotel and economical. Train is 5 mins walking distance. You can reach central in 21 mins

No water no wardrobes multiple disturbance by their employees without even knocking the door room key disabled without intimation

Rooms were good. But not many facilities were available like swimming pool, steam and others

Absolutely no issues. Clean and no fuss hotel that provided us with change of room when we requested a better room other a view. Overall perfect. Opt for rooms on the west facing side.

The check in was smooth and the very friendly staff at the reception. The room was clean and had all what we needed. The reception area was specious so that we could spend some time after check out. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was very close to public transport- train. It took us to city center in about 20 mins.

Clean hotel, feels fresh and new. Wide variety breakfast menu. Line. Was clean. Quick checkin process. Only thing missing is water bottles in the room and hotel staff have access to the room without your permission.

The reception service is pathetic. Worst breakfast if you compare to all similar amsterdam hotels. The rooms are good. Location is average. The reception people will always ensure that you come multiple times to get room keys because their rooms are never ready in time

Very small rooms for the price compared to similar hotels nearby. Breakfast is just bread, cheese, ham and juice with boiled egg. Not Worth the price

The hotel is really good. The only thing that I didn't like was the neighbourhood as it was very shady during late nights in respective to other areas. Rest was very good.
