The BIG M Hotel is located close to masjid jamek, merdeka square, central square, chinatown and the metro station which is a huge plus. The room are small and windowless but for the price its good. Our room had soiled sheets when we arrived which gave a slightly negative impression. The front desk execs were friendly and helpful. They also have a smoking area/reading area at the top floor.

the BIG M Hotel was located in centre of city and most of the attraction places were just 2-3 kms away. the rooms were neatly maintained. there is no access to windows or there is no ventilation in room, only source is Air conditioner. although located near the main streets there was no sound of vehicles passing. overall I had a pleasant stay at Big M BIG M Hotel.

Location is closer to the metro station and nice indian BIG M Hotels. Room is clean and great with nice house keeping. Masjid jamek is the metro station name where we can travel all over the city.
