ibis Brussels off Grand Place

AC was not working properly.. kept calling the receptionist, but no one came to check & solve our problems.. we couldn’t get our sleep as it was suffocation in the room as the AC was not working properly. Not even a single water bottle was given. No kettle ..

Rooms were very small. There were noise from outside . But location was very good. Centrally located in a safe spot. Otherwise brussels is kind of not safe

The location of the hotel is amazing with many top attractions under 3-4 mins walking distance. The area right outside the hotel is lively and has many must try eating options. The rooms are clean but not too big(washroom is decent size, also our room had a view of the cathedral + the staff is helpful so our overall experience was nice and comfortable.

Very nice clean hotel great location staff was also very helpful. Bathroom was clean. In such no complaints about this hotel. Keep it up thank you

Ibis hotel in Brussels is in a great location. Everything is in a walkable distance. We really enjoyed the square in front of the hotel where we spend time during the day and night.

Good location in the very centre

The hotel is located near main square and all main attractions are 5 mins walk away.

First of all the hotel gave us a room on 6th floor for which we were forced to carry luggage using stairs from 5th floor. This is very bad. No welcome drink, no water and not even coffee maker or water boiler. The room was most uncomfortable for 3 people. Overall I can say we got cheated.

Excellent location and value for money

The room was awesome along with the services that too with a quite reasonable prices.

- Awesome location - right close to the Central area - Walking distance from the Metro - Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff - Rooms are a little small, but the restaurant/bar takes care of what's missing - Quiet hotel, safe area, highly recommended
