Hotel room is in a good location very accessible to public transport but not very clean and small rooms gets difficult to walk around .Hotel needs a bit if Rehau

Not sufficient amenities provided like toothbrush and toothpaste. When I called upon to give the phone charger adapter, they called me at reception to take away the same. Room service should be there for these must requirements. Moreover, nothing was there in mini bar in room except water. It must be complete if we are submitting minibar security also.

Pullman is siuated at the peak location. Rooms are cozy and clean. Check In was smooth. Staff is friendly. Bathroom does not have drainage, water felling from bath tub flew to the room. Basic utilities lile shaving kit, dental kit, slippers etc were not available in the room instead they provided upon asking. There is no bell boy, hence you need to take your luggage on your own. If you need dishes for your food, they dont provide room service instead you need to go to first floor to the restairant to collect it. Lasly, no invoice for city tax provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location right next to the train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly atmosphere that lasted throughout my stay. The reception staff were professional and helpful, always ready with a smile, while the housekeeping team kept everything spotless and comfortable. I was equally impressed with the restaurant staff, who provided attentive service and made every meal enjoyable. The highlight of my mornings was the delicious breakfast, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful options. Overall, the combination of top-notch service, cozy ambiance, and prime location made this a truly memorable experience.

terrible experience, AC was not working, on first day we called reception nobody picked the call, second day they've sent someone he checked and said that we will correct the AC but nobody came after that.

Legit inside the station. Super convenient if you are using Brussels as a pit stop for exploring Ghent / Bruges etc.

The hotel side entrance is practically on the corridors of the Brussels Midi ( south ) station . We found the staff to be extra caring and courteous, Abdel in the front desk was very , very kind and had the answers to all our doubts. The hotel had Florenta ( pardon me of the spelling is wrong ) had some chocolates, beer and a hand written note for our special occasion. We were touched by this gesture. The breakfast spread was very , very good. Thank you for allowing us early check in without any additional charges.

The hotel is located at the midi station brussels south. It even has an entrance to the station and euros-tar check in desk. If you plan to travel to brussels and take a hotel for convenience - this is the best. The rooms are spacious unlike other european hotels.

Pullman is at brussel midi station itself which is the most convenient part about the hotel. Rooms are big enough and hotel has a gym as well. We opted for breakfast and it was worth with multiple options. Location is best part about this hotel, very near to brussels central and even other cities in belgium.

No cooler, no light bulb went off, they lied about the compensation for the breakfast the reception lady said her manager will waive off the breakfast because it was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep that my oxygen level went down and i had to drink a lot of water.

The stay was amazing. Location of the hotel was great as it was right next to the midi station. Staff were courteous and helpful and the room was big and comfortable m we enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel manager is a scammer. If they have rooms vacant they will still ask you 30 euros to give you the room early. They take a deposit of 100 euro and when it is time to return it they pretend as if they don’t know about it.

It was an amazing experience and everything was very convenient from travel-ling to food options. Thank you pullman for having us. See you again !

Awesome hotel, great location and connectivity. Room was very clean and spacious. Overall a nice stay.

Overall the stay was good. Room size was ok. Some additional things like paste, brush, slippers could have been provided. Breakfast had a decent spread. However, the same breakfast menu was offered on all the 4 days of our stay!

Excellent wifi speed and good value for money.
