IBIS BRUSSELS CITY CENTRE

Property is located at the prime location. Staff were courtious and friendly. Hotel has provided all the amenities and breakfast was delicious as well.

We stayed here for our visit to Brussels. it's very close to grand place and in walkable distance to the nearby attractions. rooms were clean and neat. check-in and check-out was smooth and staffs were very friendly and accommodating

We went during christmas and christmas market was just few steps away from the hotel. If your stay is short this hotel is perfect

Room is very small and they not even provide water bottles really disappointing and the breakfast is so so

The hotel asked me to check out at 11 am wherein my booking confirms 12 pm. Then i literally had to request for sometime to pack bags and check out asap! very small room with out any locker

There is no locker, no kettle in the room. Moreover room phone is not working, you can’t even call the reception, even after complaining- nothing happened. Room is very small

Small very basic rooms with just essential facilities….but very well centrally located nearby to all central attractions

The hotel was perfectly located near all the places in the center. The metro station was 8 minutes away. There were lots of restaurants nearby and a lot of touristy places as well. Loved the fresh juices and fruits in the breakfast also the variety of the food was quite good. Loved the hot chocolate as well. Rooms were very small but enough to spend a couple of nights.

Had a good location but rooms were cramped especially washrooms were too small.

I stayed in ibis for one day during my office trip. Location wise good place to stay. But room is extremely small, there were no wardrobe in the room, Bathroom was tiny, if you are fat then it will be really difficult to use the toilet, there is no room service, if you need water bottle, you have to come down to restaurant to collect it and same for food. Apart from break fast nothing is good. I won't suggest any one to stay in ibis.

We had a good stay in this hotel. Though rooms are compact but it was as expected. Service can be improved further. Location is extremely good, near to the city centre. If you want to buy drinks, just get it from outside(which is very nearby). Not worth the money in this hotel.

Excellent location, surrounded by good eateries. Very close to metro station and walking distance from Central Railway Station. Very pleasing and helpful staff. Room is very small but clean. Nothing great about breakfast. Very limited facilities but value for money.

Rooms are good. But small substantial and wide variety of food served in the breakfast. Good bathrooms.
