Novotel as always is value for money. This hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and hence the location is super convenient. The rooms are fairly large and clean, as per the same Novotel standard globally. It is an ideal place to for a short stop-over.

The Rooms were of a decent size and is good for a couple only. The hotel was clean and neat. The location is fantastic- walking distance to the station and the city square - which has all the restaurants, cafes and chocolate showrooms. Would definitely come back to this hotel for the location and the value for money. The breakfast is also worth it At 7. 5 euros a person, you cannot have a better breakfast anywhere in Europe

The worst possible experience from a reputed chain of Hotels. Me and my spouse had specifically chosen this particular property to celebrate our 2nd Wedding anniversary considering the brand and the facilities provided in India, but alas, we were disappointed to the core. Being the last day of our holiday, I would say it was a the only forgettable part of our time in Europe. 1. The roads were closed on both sides from where the property is located so we had to drag our luggage for about 800 meters just to reach the lobby. 2. To our disappointment, no bellhops were available to take the luggage to our room, situated on the 3rd floor, and the elevators were situated quite a distance from the reception desk. 3. The Hallways were filthy and smelling of grime and sweat. The reason provided was that a group of Hockey players had arrived after their Matches. - Should not be an excuse to compromise on the quality for other guests who have paid equally for the stay. 4. The corridors were also lined with sports bags and wet shoes on both the floors that we dared to walk on, breathing only momentarily until we reached the room. 5. The "romantic" dinner that was planned went for a complete toss on seeing the menu card provided by a sole waitress (probably recruited on a temporary basis, by the look of it) who lacked knowledge and overall witnessing experience to be working there. The menus were creased and torn in several places and neither was the choice of food offered any better. No one was bothered to attend to us during our entire dinner and we had to wait another 15 minutes for the bill, which we were later informed had to be paid by going to the counter. All in all it was a forgettable experience and I would advise strongly against booking a room here. We were glad that we had booked only a single night, so we did not have to suffer much.

Hotel has very good location, from where you can easily and quickly go to Brussels's main airport or take a train to various places in Belgium. The hotel is also within easy walking distance to the Royal Palace, the city's main square and the nearby attractions.

Best place at best price. Appears to be a old traditional palace hotel with modern amenities. Located in a very convenient place for all purposes of shopping. Very courteous staff. Good security arrangements for valuables with lockers.

I was given a room at the 7th floor. The lift could only be used up to the 6th floor and I had to carry my luggage to the room from the stair(20 steps) and no assistance was provided to me, though I have told the receptionist that I had a problem with my leg . A colleague of mine was travelling with me and had booked her room from another side. Her room was good enough situated on the 2nd floor. Asking for a room also in the second floor I got a negative answer with the excuse that there was no availability and because I have chosen the particular side to make my reservation which in the future I should avoid. The room was completely unacceptale very small, even no place for the luggage and in order to get into the shower I had to climb anoter three stairs that was really difficult as the floor was very slippery and there was not an attachment to hold on getting out. Before using the room I asked again to be given another room whatever the size but at least with a bathroom at the same level. The receptionist who was really impolite he denied and told me that I could asked again in the morning and he insisted on his point of view that partly I was to be blamed for having this room as I have chosen this side to book. It was like he wanted to punish me. The next morning I was given another room of the same size but at least having the shower at the same level. The receptionist in the morning had a very good behaviour and admitted that this paticular room was available from the previous night. Anywaty the room I have seen in the side when booking had not any similarity with the one I was given. I am travellin for so many years and I never had such an experience

For a single person, the room is OK. The room service is good. The guys at the reception are very cordial and helpful. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. It's close to the grand place (Markt), just 10-15 minutes walking.

We had a good stay in this hotel. Though rooms are compact but it was as expected. Service can be improved further. Location is extremely good, near to the city centre. If you want to buy drinks, just get it from outside(which is very nearby). Not worth the money in this hotel.
