ibis Brussels Centre Gare Midi

Perfect layout, location, food, amenities and services. The staff was very friendly. It's true to the Brand experience I have had so far.

The hotel is located just opposite the Brussels MIDI rail station making it convenient if train travel is involved. Also the place is a bit busy and noisy. The hotel rooms were well maintained and comfortable. Rooms have all basic facilities though an ironing and electric kettle facility could be added. Staff were extremely helpful and checkin, checkout was a breeze. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Also comparatively it is certainly value for money.

Just in front of Brussels international Train stop. Nice hotel in comparison with other visited ibis in Amsterdam, Milan and India. Rooms are pretty spacious, average in room amenities, tidy and staff is cooperative. They have arranged full breakfast at 5am on request, that's commendable.

The location is near the metro station which is good. However, we never felt safe in this area. The room was great and big. There is a weird thing in the hotel that you have to pay almost 7 euros to keep your luggage in the luggage room. They provided us with 1 bottle of water in a double room, which is also weird.

Stay was not that good

Hotel located in a shady area, lot of homeless people just outside the hotel entrance all day, afternoon, evenings and night who keep staring at you all the time. Not ag all safe to even walk from the nearest station to the hotel in the evenings as there are lot of homeless people waiting just at the hotel entrance. One evening we also witnessed a fight among-st these people right outside the entrance while returning to the hotel. Cases of theft reported iutside and inside the hotel my many which made us very cautious and concerned while staying here. Hotel not recommended

Perfect nook for a solo getaway. Spacious rooms and a great bath. Friendly staff and quick service as and when needed. A great lobby for socialising.

Since it was the Centre of the City we were able to shop things during sunday market. Also metro is near it was very helpful to commute

The staff was very supportive, although I was denied an early check in despite room availability, he helped accommodate our luggage so that we can push off for sightseeing. Good spacious rooms with a big TV and large bathroom. Was put off by the location- while right outside the station, it was teeming with anti-social elements throughout the evening, so if you plan to come post 8 pm beware of pickpockets and shady figures.

Right next to train, bus and tram Station. Makes travel easier and saves time. Rooms are clean and well maintained. No coffee in room.

Not happy for charging for luggage storage. Otherwise happy stay food is good.

Bad room standards, bad lifts, average breakfast, no toiletries, bathroom door not closing, mediocre room supplies. Below average that's all. Only advantage is proximity to Station.

The room had a very weird smell to it. Other than the location which is just 1 minute walking to the Midi station, the hotel was not good at all for the price we paid.

Clean room of sufficient size. Situated next to the Brussels midi railway station.
There was no kettle for making tea or coffee.
