I would like to recommend this budget Hotel.

Location was terrible as it was one of the most unsafe areas of the City. Very dangerous location

Very near to the central station with all the basic amenities and clean.

Close to metro and town center any eateries near by but closes early close to midi station

Not recommended though location is close to station. Poor service. Rooms are horrible.
Avoid this hotel. I booked 3 superior triple rooms. They gave 3 rooms all of different size in different floor and one room had two single beds and a bunk bed not even double bed.
They gave the room on 6th floor which had no lift.It was a big problem carrying luggage through steps from 5th to 6th floor as lift was only upto 5th floor. Lift is so small only 2 persons or only 1 person with a single luggage can go at a time. Horrible. Very narrow corridors.

Good location, facilities are standard. Breakfast is not very encouraging and after two days it, losses interest to go fro the breakfast. The surroundings seems OK, but late evening feels little unsafe. Lifts are little slow. When I visited, it was summer, and in day time it was hot, but the AC's are fully automatic and which can not be controlled manually causing lot of sweating in the room.

Awesome location, surrounding is little messy but inside hotel is really clean and best well maintained. Your are arranged from this hotel but be aware that you take the right tour most of the Tours have pickup from hotel.

OK OK hotel nothing special, good location almost all major points such as grand place etc are walking distance, Brussels zuid station is 10 minutes walk away, a bit noisy in summer, no air conditioning available in the hotel so it is a little difficult to manage considering the noise around the hotel that makes it a little difficult to keep windows open. Cleanliness is average.

Best budget hotel. Near Brussels south railway station. Friendly staff and great ambience. Romms are not so great in terms of spacr. Breakfast is great. I enjoyed sitting in the garden insife the hotel and the reception lobby was marvelous.

My executive room has two comfortable beds. Good breakfast choices. The hotel is near city center. The hotel has luggage room. Many bistro and restaurants are nearby. Brussels-South railway station is ten minutes by foot.

Our stay was overall a good experience for the service and facilities at Floris Ustel Midi Hotel near Brussels central midi station, The location is very nice and walkable distance from the railway station and the city centre of Brussels, Belgium.

If you want to go the other city this hotel not far from the main south station, you can walk about 700 meter that mean you do not need pay for tram or bus. There is a lemonnier metro station apart from about 200 meter that comfortable. You can walk to grand place about 1 Km.

Room is good with all basic facilities, the main advantage is it's very near to airport and they provide free shuttle service. Best option if you like to travel around Paris and visit Paris city for couple of days.

Its great staying in this hotel. Its just 800metres from Midi Bus Station and Breakfast was awesome with lot of varieties. Worth for money. Room size is very small, but adjustable - Well suited for small families(2 or 3). Customer support also very friendly - Guided inn better way.

We choose this hotel because it is quite close to Gare du Midi where shuttles from Brissels Charlerois arrive. Hotel is quite big but well run and staff is helpful and helped us with info. Also room and bathroom facilities were in a very good order Breakfest is unusually big for the hotel of this level. So - I recommend

The hotel is situated near the subway station and in a walking distance to the Grand Square. Around hotel you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained with friendly staff. The breakfast is included in the price which is around 50 EUR per night.

The hotel is within few hundred meters from Midi Station and within walking distance to the Grand Place. You can also take the nearby metro/tram line to get to the tourist spots. Rooms were clean, breakfast was really decent, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located 15 minutes away from Grand Palace and 7-10 minutes to Midi station. It is a bit noisy because it is located near the street. Personnel is very friendly. There is only two wall-plugs in the room and the one of them was not working.

One of the crappiest hotel that we stayed. Rooms were ugly and the lift to get to the room was horrible. One of our friend lost her bag with passport and everything right inside the cafeteria. The hotel folks didn't even want to help. Stay there at your own risk, I wouldn't ever!

This hotel is nearby midi station so you can easily go there in walkable distance within 5 minut. The breakfast is OK as compare to other hotel. Hotel located in very good area. Just 2 min distance from tram station and 15 min distance from grand place. Overall experience is good.
