Just steps from the central train station, and easy walking to so much of Brussels. Staff was professional and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and found the food outstanding. Quality and cleanliness of room exceeded expectations.

Great location!

Hilton Grand-Place had friendly staff, good food and a nice property in a great central location. Hilton, thanks for kind use of your Umbrellas, even with a little rain we enjoyed our time in Brussels!

I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location, literally in front of the central station, 5 mins walk from Grand Place with lots of restaurants near by. Breakfast was delicious, the staff at the breakfast venue were all very?friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed staying at this hotel until 10 pm of the 2nd night, when all the light went out suddenly. I checked outside of the window and all other buildings around the hotel seemed to have lights, so I knew it was just this hotel, but I couldn't tell if it was just our room or our floor, or the entire hotel. I called the reception but the line was busy, there was no announcement, the elevator was not working at all. I felt very nervous in the complete darkness because it reminded of me the blackout that we experienced after the earthquake and Tsunami in 2011 and the terrorism in Brussels which took place in 2016. Finally my husband managed to go down to the reception by stairs, but the personnel at the reception didn't know why this was happening nor how long it would take to get the power back and we just had to "Enjoy" the blackout. Right. It's not like we were in a developing country, I did not expect this from Hilton in Brussels. At the time of checkout, we were not given any explanation nor apology whatsoever and the male staff at the reception( a tall bearded face middle age man) was very unfriendly and unpleasant, to say the least. Though the location is outstanding, I doubt I will ever come back to this hotel again.

Great location, few minor twea....

Ideal location for both the station ( 1 stop away from where the Eurostar connects) and the square. We came at Christmas time and the lights there were fantastic, and being so handy for the station we also visited Bruges for the day. We were able to check in early which is always helpful, the room was large, quiet and clean. The executive lounge was a little basic, and some of the soft drinks included in the evening service were well beyond their best before date suggesting stock rotation is somewhat lacking. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast area and executive lounge appeared to have been updated nicely. Would stay again if in the area.

Excellent Location

Showed up for a 3 day stay at this hotel. Had prepaid through an online booking service but no reservation when we showed up. The hotel called the service and made everything right within a few minutes. The rooms are large, modern and very clean. Excellent location and yet very quiet. Take the train to Central Station and walk 30 seconds across the Place and you are there.
