The spacious and clean rooms, along with the friendly staff, make for a welcoming atmosphere. Many love the vintage charm and inviting lobby piano bar. Hospitality levels are poor. Breakfast was mostly cold cuts and didn’t change at all the 3 days I was staying at this property. Even struggled to get the apartment I had booked for which I paid a higher price

As soon as you enter you see prices for extra tea or coffee in room, price for late checkout and such. Sucht Jungs are normal in a 2 but not in a 5. Much better hotels elsewhere for the same price.
