Pathetic services from MMT

Just before my flight MMT people informed me that my booking has been cancelled and I can take my refund back. I didn't had any choices that and asked MMT to give me other hotel option. They gave me crowne plaza which is a very old business hotel with very basic services. Best part was I paid for 5 star hotel and I got 4 star hotel.
