Not bad,

This hotel located quite close to the centre, not even 10 minuets walk. The receptionist not good at English so a bit hard to communicate. We said we wanted to pay by cash but she said she use the computer and we paid already. I’m really upset about that, how can this possible? We booked a three single bed, because me and my father want two single beds but they don’t have that, however, that receptionist gave us a double bed, I told her that I paid for a three single beds, she doesn’t understand. Explained to her with a long time. But the bedroom is quite clean, tidy. The problem is while we sleeping, the duvet cover and the blanket doesn’t match, make us quite uncomfortable in the midnight.

Avoid at all costs

Small room with a tiny bathroom that is totally run down. No soap in the shower I had to ask for shower gel/shampoo packs of which they had only left 2 for the 2 people we were. No wifi. Location is OK.

Old, disgusting tiny room

I have travelled extensively but this is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. The room barely has enough space for the bed (20cms on both sides until the wall), no working wifi, impossible to use the shower with the curtain closed-it is so tiny you cannot get inside (and I am not a big person), you hear everything through the walls... I can go on, there is not a single thing that is OK with this hotel, it should be shut down immediately.

Not expensive

When you have no place in the surroundings. Its better then nothing. Nice person at the reception. It makes not everything ok. For a short stay or if you want much to go out... its ok! Its a few honderd meters from the city center

Well worth the price

This hotel was pretty reasonably priced for what you get. The room was clean and quiet. It is in walking distance to Grand Place. There was only one outlet in the room, and several of the lights lacked light bulbs, which was a slight inconvenience. The gentleman that runs the hotel was knowledgeable of the area. When we came home late, he was awake, waiting for us it seemed, which was kind of awkward. Also there is no parking and street parking is extremely limited. Would probably stay again if returning to Brussels.
