A Big Mistake Choosing This Hotel
It was a great mistake to select this hotel. The room we got was small, barely enough space to move around or keep our luggage. The bathroom was smelly, had no exhaust fan, and the shower and taps were very old with terrible hot and cold water mixing. The glass window at the room didn’t close properly, so we had to bear the cold draft at night, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. There were absolutely no amenities in the room or the bathroom — not even basic ones that most hotels provide. On top of that, the hotel in-charge was quite rude and unhelpful. Shockingly, he charged us €100 in cash for a duplicate key, even though we returned it the next day. Breakfast was another disappointment — just two small pieces of bread with butter and a cup of tea or coffee. We ended up having our breakfast outside from the second day onward. The owner seems obsessed with decorating the lobby and narrow staircase with random artefacts, which actually make moving around the area quite difficult instead of adding any charm. Overall, this was a very poor experience in every possible way — not recommended at all. Spend your money elsewhere for a more comfortable and honest stay.
