Novotel Brussels Centre Midi Station

Hotel location is good. Near to midi station and grand place. Comfortable to stay. Also hotel staffs are good and they will help you to understand the city.

The stay was comfortable and easy going . Location was just close by to every go to places so it was convenient and good restaurant nearby solved us hunting food places . Overall the experience was excellent 👌

very average place .. if possible remove breakfast from the booking nothing Novotel about it close to midi station but can be avoided

Hotel is amazing ; hardly 5 mins from central midi station. Around 20 mins from the center ; can take a cab or train to central. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful

The hotel was located 2mins walk from the main station which has connections to the airport as well as connecting trains to other cities and countries. The rooms were comfortable and large.

the only good thing was the location..... The AC was not working... despite request they did not change room ... they said they are fully booked which i doubt. The Toilet wash basin was OVERFLOWING....The Pillows were very odd in size and not comfortable at all.... All pictures are ATTACHED

Hotel services are basic.location far from the center. Beat part is station is close to the hotel ...

Rooms are tidy, responce is very good even helping by proper guiding the tourists. Nice experience. Not done a mistake by choosing the same.

Save embarrassment, frustrations and do not book any international hotel via makemytrip. Com i had terrible experience at the property where i paid the stay in advance but makemytrip didn’t pay the property. Consequently i wasn’t accepted by hotel, wasted hours of time, energy in coordination and mood was completely spoiled by the time it sorted out.

Our stay was for 2 nights and one day. The welcoming and service at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast had many varieties but we being strict vegetarians we had limited choices but it was sufficient and good. The location was very convenient as it was 8 minutes walking distance from Brussels Midi Rail Station and we did not have to struggle to reach the hotel.

We stayed there for 3 days. The room was neat and clean, though slightly small. It's close to the Midi Station. Only the basics were provided in the room. The breakfast spread was the same/identical on all the 3 days.

Good location opposite main train Station. Clean, efficient and polite.

Although I stayed for just one night, everything was top notch.

Value for money. Hotel is there in the middle of Town. Easily walkable from Midl railway station. Rooms are smaller but well managed. However I found they have less staff compare to other hotels. There was no luggage delivery service available that moment but for us, It was fine since we had smaller bags with us. Overall a nice hotel for short trip.

It was a great experience in your hotel. I will everyone to get there. It was adventure. Fascinating. It is a memorable time with you. You facilities are superb. I refer this hotel to all kind of visitors.

Overall a nice hotel. In a good location, cleanliness was good, its value for money for an impulse traveler like me. Service at the reception was good. Food courts are at a distance. Facilities are good. Hotel is easily accessible. Overall a nice hotel to stay.
