Excelsior Hotel & SPA Baku

Superior rooms are very small and don't have any space. Steam room was not working when we stayed. The indoor swimming pool is only for professionals (more than 6ft in depth. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, front desk staff could do a better job addressing customer issues. We complaint of mosquitoes in the room which was not resolved. We only got " i will inform the manager" as a response. The property was clean and safe. A little far from the main area i. E. Nizami street. Its an old property and the age of the property shows in bathroom fittings, towels, etc. Overall an average stay. Giving 4 stars only because we felt it provided value based on what we paid.

The Excelsior Hotel & SPA Baku is located at a great location - very close to hyder eliyev centre. Every famous place is 15-20 mins away by taxi, which costs very reasonable. The Excelsior Hotel & SPA Baku staff is very welcoming and helpful - makes your stay as comfortable as possible. My personal favourite is jalal, who is like a brother now. He made sure we get every experience we hoped for. Jamal and pauri are also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this Excelsior Hotel & SPA Baku to anyone coming to baku.

The reception staff has took all our attention by helping us for every necessary needs!!! A big shout out to Mr.Anar great job on helping us!! And the breakfast was super delicious everyday something different to try.. worth staying 5 star is the truth …. Ty guys u made our trip more lovable

We were taken cared of the best that they can. The staff and the team were very accommodating, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the very sumptuous breakfast and the house keeping are consistent in maintaining the rooms. It was just excellent. Sure

The rooms are good. Deluxe room is better, Standard rooms are a bit too small. Front desk reception lady - GULER is very helpful. She made our check in procedure very smooth, helped with English translation, provided small money and is very patient and sweet. Had a good experience ANAR too. The cleaning staff lady, ELIZAH is very welcoming and warm. Do try Margarita pizza and Bruschettas. Restaurant staff is very patient and nice. Jasmine tea is a must try!

I do not know the names of 2 executives whom i met when i checked in at 12. 30 am. On 2nd feb. They were very polite and guest centric.

Amazing and hygienic rooms with beautiful views and spacious area. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and kind. One of the best Excelsior Hotel & SPA Bakus i have ever been to.

Very comfortable, luxurious stay, polite staff. Location close to all attractions by a short ride outdoor pool was great fun, kids really enjoyed very high quality furnishing in the room. Bathroom well equipped
