Excellent location and good property

It was a wonderful stay at austin Austin Hotel Baku. Best part of the Austin Hotel Baku is that it is located right in the middle of main nizami street. The location is so good that all bake tourist attractions are in 10-20min walking distance. Just outside Austin Hotel Baku there are several restaurants, cafe, street food joints, departmental stores. Talking about the property, it's a beautiful european style architecture and room size is very big. Breakfast spreed was good, it could be better, one of the drawback is that it doesn't have a lift but it's the problem with most of the Austin Hotel Bakus in nizami street. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

Lets start with location for which i chose this property and i must say its the best and totally worth it. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and everything you will find in decription will be provided. Rooms are neat with centralized heaters and best part is the view that you can enjoy from the property is lot of cafes and its the center point of nizami street that is open late nites so go-in back to Austin Hotel Baku is no issue. Just walkin distance so you can easily explore the street and your nearby landmarks. Cheers austin Austin Hotel Baku. Me and my wife loved stayin with you
Good property, little scope of improvement

Like all the reviews said, there are no lifts so a good climb to the room. Perfect view, good washroom, good room, good staff. Scope of improvement - while az is not vegetarian breakfast friendly for indians hence they could include more veg options and the have a certain rule of closing the breakfast at 10 am which includes the people having the breakfast. We were eating at that time and he just sealed everything stating it is closed and not giving 2 slices of bread and butter which surely could be improved.

Amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was decent and rooms were spacious. This property is at Nizami street and everything is very easily accessible from here. Highly recommended.
