The hotel is amazing. Stay was wonderful. Staff members are very helpful very polite and they provide each and every facility in a better way they can. I will definitely recommend this hotel for the whole. The area is very nearby to the riverside and the room view is also amazing of the junior suite room, which is best view having a riverside.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative, room was in very good condition and the food or breakfast was also very good in taste.

The room was good. The staff were cordial. We did not have breakfast there so cant comment on the food. Roof top jaccuzi was refreshing. All in all a good place for indians to stay as very near to jetty and almost walking distance to everywhere.

The best part of the hotel was its people. They were very hospitable. The food was good, especially its breakfast. The rooms were comfortable, and the bed was not too soft, not too hard. It was just perfect. We were traveling with our child and they provided an extra bed which was also very comfortable. Overall, it was a very good stay. The location was also very central with the bay area, just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

The service staff is too bad and the bathtub in side the washroom was completely shaking and there was water problem and when use to contact them theirs service was so late they come after 40 mins and even for towel or any thing the service was too bad very disappointed by such a hotel spending money

The hotel is very conveniently located near the riverside in the major business and tourist district of ho chi minh. The staff is very very helpful. The view from the room and the pool on the terrace are outstanding. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Got a banger of a deal for the price. Staying here again when in town for sure.

Had a wonderful stay I was there for 4 days and there is nothing to complaint about. Staff were good and friendly. Food was awesome.

It was a memorable stay with Silverland Jolie hotel and spa, great location, good food and outstanding staff specially Can, I don't know when I will next go there but I recommend this hotel to others.
