Hotel was clean and neat. Breakfast was good but no options for Indian food. Locations was very perfect...

Worst hotel... We booked the suite room and In our room AC was not working and they didn't had anyone to fix it.

The rooms do not have a view and lot of noise getting inside. Staff not very helpful but John was a supportive server.

The property was neat and clean and it was in middle of the city, so everything is like walkable and all the people in the property was helpful

They changed our room to 2 level lower than we booked (Suite was Given to someone else) and on top of that Manager’s behavior was very bad and he was so rude. He said, cancel the booking or check in that filthy room, very bluntly. Very rude, impolite person I’ve ever met in my life. After lot of negotiations , he gave only 24$ for room category difference for 2 nights. We didn’t have any other option but to check in that small and filthy room. He wasted our 1 hr also. Overall hotel service was also poor. They didn’t provide soap to wash hands also and no dental kit etc was given.

very bad experience with over priced hotel and not worth of even 1 star ac was not working so they gave us fan it was so dangerous with 5 year old will not be recommending

Not worth at all. They have moved us to their another hotel which was in very condition. After two days they moved us to original hotel. And staff was not cooperative at all. Not recommended this property.

The hotel was wonderful except the bar on the top floor as it had iron frame stairs which was unsafe. All other amenities and staff were excellent

Welcoming, safe, great location and cheerful staff. Look out for solutions from jade, johnny, nyugen who are awesome at their work. Special call out to the female dj at the sky-bar with grooving tracks. Overall you cannot go wrong

Only one day my stay, the, room was clean and the staff held full, near the indian restaurant, hotel in peaceful l area.

This is amazing property at the best location in hochiminh city, rooms are super well kept and to top it all the staff is very friendly courteous and helpful with a very pleasing smile
