It was a Our rooms were extremely suffocating, poorly maintained, and even had a column placed between the two beds, making the space very uncomfortable. We requested the hotel staff for a room change, but they informed us that no other rooms were available. As a result, we were left with no choice but to shift to a different property. Unfortunately, this caused a major inconvenience and wasted an entire day of our trip due to the unacceptable room conditions.

The place was comfortable, clean, and convenient. The staff was helpful, and the overall environment made my stay enjoyable. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Location - Perfect location and its right in the middle of walking Street. All the other tourist location in the city is nearby. Room - Nice and clean. Staff - Helpful and nice. Breakfast - Here it need some improvement. If anything gets over in the Breakfast they don't refill it and staff says it's over for today. Sometimes we need to inform the staff that this food item is over and needs to be refilled instead of they checking it.

Rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom had a bathtub which is an added advantage. location is amazing as the hotel is situated in walking street itself, there are Indian restaurants, 7-11 store in front of hotel & atm at 200 Mtr distance. housekeeping is somewhere you should keep your expectations low as the hotel have only day time housekeeping. So any requests for bedding, additional stuff needs to be made by 5 pm.

Located right on the Bui Vien Walking street, famous for it's night life, yet the rooms provide noiseless experience. Helpful, courteous staffs. Recommended for tourists across the world.
