Saigon Kiko Hotel

Room was okayish but outside the property was pretty dirty and smelly. Location of property is good though.

PROS: Good location, with decent amenities and good breakfats. Lift is present. Opposite park and many restaurants around. Cons: Communication with reception in English is difficult. Tour agents desk is often on leave.

The stay was excellent, even all the receptionists were very nice and friendly.

Very bad hotel. Reception staff was pathetgic .She don't know how to talk to guest. There was water issue in hotel toilet for 2 days for that we have reported to the receptionist but she didn't do anything. Rooms are very small and pillow cover and bed sheet are worn out. Toilet was also very small and was in pathetic condition. There was smell everywhere and Breakfast was just for the name sake. In electric kettle there were cockroach.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Staff at reception and house keeping are very professional and helpful. hotel location is excellent too. Breakfast has excellent basic choices though not lavish- fruits, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. I always prefer 2-3 good breakfast options rather than 10+ options in some other places

the room was amazing the staff are a bit ride but I feel they don't the language that good so I'm assuming due to that they seem to be rude, the breakfast is amazing you have multiple options there

Nice hotel in the city, close to Saigon Center, Saigon Square, Walking Street, Ben Than Market, etc.. Hotel tariff is based on your needs, you pay more to get more! Staff is polite, well behaved and understanding. Room and Washroom were clean, all the required amenities were provided in the room.

as per their policy while booking given as local IDs allowed but on check in and after they not allowed local IDs. That is there terrific move

The hotel is situated at the heart of the city. The walking street is 500m from the hotel. Ben than market is 15 minutes walk from hotel. Airport is also nearby only.

The receptionist is very helpful, i lost my bag before reaching the hotel, she helped me find it , the location is great , very close by to best locations, and the ac works great and room is also spacious and comfortable, only breakfast they can increase more variety as they have limited options available rest all is really good !

The rooms are very small. The breakfast had very little veg options the people here unable to understand English

Our Jr. suit was like a normal room. while house keeping, they did not change the bedsheets, also did not clean the garbage and empty bottles. The location of the hotel is good which subsides the flaws.

we checked in but no proper response or guidance. We requested Veg breakfast which hotel declined although we have already paid for that. rooms are not spacious and doesn't have great view.

The breakfast is notable in this hotel. The stay is quite average. The connectivity is superb. Everything is quite close to this location.

We had a good welcome, but the staff at night was rude when asked for a blanket. The breakfast buffet had limited options.

Through make my trip i booked the stay. It’s good place to stay it’s in centre. Easy accessible for everything

Good hotel in main location, clean and neat but the room is little small. Have massage centre tour travel agencies and indian restaurants near by

The rooms were clean, the breakfast spread was limited but good and had vegetarian options as well. Location was very good and near indian restaurants. The hotel should increase the pressure of water flow in bathroom. The staff at reception were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. The staff and the lady who operates the tours was also very helpful.
