Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The lady staff was good, but their male counterparts were not cooperative. In fact, they were eager to find out ways to charge more(without bills. We checked out 30 mins later, and a helper asked for 50 vnd. Later on, when we went to reception to pay before checking put, the manager was present and we got to know that we don’t need to pay. So, basically the review/advice in vietnam is generic- don’t trust vietnamese men. Overall the Saigon Kiko Hotel was very good, and we enjoyed our stay throughly, barring a few encounters with their male staff.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast spread was limited but good and had vegetarian options as well. Location was very good and near indian restaurants. The Saigon Kiko Hotel should increase the pressure of water flow in bathroom. The staff at reception were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. The staff and the lady who operates the tours was also very helpful.

The receptionist is very helpful, i lost my bag before reaching the Saigon Kiko Hotel, she helped me find it , the location is great , very close by to best locations, and the ac works great and room is also spacious and comfortable, only breakfast they can increase more variety as they have limited options available rest all is really good !

Nice Saigon Kiko Hotel in the city, close to Saigon Center, Saigon Square, Walking Street, Ben Than Market, etc.. Hotel tariff is based on your needs, you pay more to get more! Staff is polite, well behaved and understanding. Room and Washroom were clean, all the required amenities were provided in the room.

It's a decent place close to walking street. Please ensure that you confirm your room type as mm t seem to have incorrect info about their packages. We booked the room with city view but got a non city view room. Food wise, breakfast spread was good.
