Non cooperative behaviour of staff. Tourism countries hotels and people have a welcoming gesture for tourist. But the hotel people did not behaved the way we expected.

great place to stay also safe budget friendly price a little bit high for single visitor as I was traveling alone.

This hotel is just behind the walking street. It is very convenient location. The rooftop, breakfast and bar are amazing to enjoy in the morning as well as In the night. The laundry is very nearby and the reception, and all the people in this hotel are very helpful. I am quite happy about this day at this hotel and I will recommend people to have their stay at this hotel. The breakfast is amazing, and I really enjoyed eating in the morning.

We had been at Elios Hotel SaiGon 2 nights, we are very pleased to staying here: the location, room, breakfast and above all the service provided by the staff. The staff were cheerful and helpful and very accommodating. Definitely a good value, as there is also free internet access in the room. Was pleasantly We will recommend this to my friends who are coming to Ho Chi Minh City…

Very rude staff, please avoid staying in this hotel. No option for vegetarians in the breakfast. My mistake is that I have read the reviews of others before booking this hotel, still I booked it, and found that this hotel is very rude and doesn't asist you for anything. You are on your own. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.

This place had a really good ambience, with all the major attractions within walking distance like walking street , City tour bus and Ben than market. It was a pleasant stay .

Hotel gave different and lower grade rooms than the ones booked. Also respo se to complaints on non functional amenities in room was poor.

I had booked 3 double bed room but they gave me twin bed room which cost less, i got only 1 double bed room rest of 2 is twin bed room. That’s not corret

The stay at the elios hotel was comfortable. The bathrooms and rooms were clean. I stayed in 3 different rooms and all were up to standard. Breakfast was included in the stay and i was happy with the variety. The lady at the reception was a bit unfriendly at times. Overall 4 out of 5.

Elios hotel is located at a very convenient location, right at the centre of all major attractions and markets. However, some points to be kept in mind, while travel-ling to vietnam, any extra room supplies are either not available or available at a charge, including any extra bottles of water. We had to step out to buy water, because the hotel refused to supply even as a paid service. Also, the rooms were stinking throughout the time because of poor ventilation and maintenance.

Very clean rooms. Average breakfast. Service was good. Overall decent stay. Could have been a little better

The service here is terrible. Even though the room was ready we were asked to pay 500000 dong if we wanted to check in early, to which we refused and within 10 mins the person came over n asked 200000 dong is the last price n u can check in early. Also to which there was no receipt provided so it surely went to the receptionist pocket. The brkfast was also bad. Also for the checkout the receptionist called sharp at 12 n if we don’t checkout sharp at 12 we are supposed to pay extra. Which hav never seen in any hotel all around the world. So had the worst experience here. The rooms were decent enough but the service was extraordinary bad. Also thy did not help with the local seightseeing al the prices quoted by the hotel wer double to what it actually was in the market.

Elios hotel is on p ham ngu street which is in district 1 and most of the city attractions are near to it like been thanh market is just on the walking distance, walking street is just behind it and central market is just infront of it. Also the street has nice, reasonable massage shops, travel agents and currency exchange shops. Also you can find daily needs shop, all types of restraunt and atm in 1 minute walking distance. Also if you want to go to war remnant museum, independence palace, post office etc you can get buses from here the bus stand is just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. My stay was good, hotel is clean, staff is really nice, i booked from india and there was no issue in checking in as reached in morning at 3:30 am also hotel can book you cabs and tours on reasonable rates. My only issue was with the food as i am a pure vegetarian i didn't have much option in the breakfast menu. It can be also my problem because i am an indian and it did not have any indian food in the servings. Rest hotel doesn't allow smoking in the rooms so you either go out or on the 12th floor.

After a long flight while i booked for superior deluxe with twin bed, the front desk staff was giving me a tiny room with queen size bed and kept saying she dint have any room. While i was traveling with my old mom who was hungry and tired i had to get into argument. After which i was given a better room. Second instance, they did not provide plates and spoon while we ordered food. They asked for double the cost for airport transportation. Extremely low exchange rate as compared to others in neighbourhood. Charged half day cost for room while i requested to extend for 2 hours. (which is usually free if the hotel is not sold out)

Very convenient location and a good value for money.
