Location was good , service is good , casino not upto the mark. Located centrally , bathtub is of good size.

Prpperty is easily accessible via grab app ,its near many main places Nd through make my trip its really easy to book the property

I did not order any food but the service was average. Not worth the money invested, I had a leg injury and requested for a bucket to put my leg in warm water and they denied. It was a pretty basic ask. Tried their spa, it was also okay not that great.

The location of the property is very good. The food is okay, services are okay but very less amenities for Indian tourists specially.

The Hotel is located at the centre of where everything happens. It overlooks the Walking Street which is just a block away. All the famous market places are at walking distance from the Hotel. The staff is amazing and the rooms are just great.

The stay was comfortable and clean. The hotel was centrally located and was as a walkable distance from the city. Overall, great stay. However the food in the lounge was served stale.

The rooms and location is excellent. The breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of options. The staff was friendly. There was security deposit at the check in and which was refunded in original form at check out. Nice stay

The rooms were too small, and there was no space to walk if you had two or three brief cases, there is no space to put the luggage and the bathroom is bigger, but the room is smaller

Location: excellent amenities: excellent staff: excellent food: limited vegetarian options and no indian meal options (there are indian restaurants nearby which are at walking distance from the hotel)

Location is right in the heart of district 1. Close proximity to walking the street and shopping. Was a little surprised by the policy of the hotel to enter the guest name before 11 pm in the night.
