Hotel was good rooms were very comfortable nice location if they could add more vegetarian options in breakfast menu would be great Overall a good and comfortable stay and most importantly very nice hospitality staffs are extremely well mannered, polite and helpful

It was a wonderful stay. It was in centre of the city. All the location were nearby the hotel. It had a amazing breakfast spread and was good. Also all the staff was really helpful.

Good location, comfortable stay and warm service. Close to popular areas and Indian Restaurants. Rooms are cozy.

Good staff , however small rooms, inadequately lit, insufficient lighting in lobbies n bathrooms , no air conditioning in lobbies n alleviator ! Quite unpleasant experience !

Being a 5 star it lacks lot many amenities , though property is good location is great, but not go to place for vegetarian. And as it’s a 5 star and we were there for 2 nights, so we used a laundry bag from the room for that they charged us 200k VND ( Approx INR 670), that too which they never mentioned about that it is chargeable.

Overall evergthing was good but there was an issue as make my trip showed it as a smoking room and they dint allow us to smoke

Propery is very good and staff is helpful and location is in middle of the city only one problem is they have only few vegetarian food in breakfast

Excellent 4 star no nonsense hotel. Very comfortable rooms and good reception. Everything good to perfection! Only the swimming pool was not working this time, it was sad.

I paid for suite room but was given city view deluxe room. They said that there suite room is not operational

Great stay at harmony saigon hotel in district 1. Affordable rates, great service, friendly staffs and customer delight has been some of the key factor which makes this stay convenient and great place to be while in ho chi minh. Must recommended if you are in ho chi minh, and wants a peaceful stay while still being very near to city attractions.

The arrival experience was not so good, as we reached late in the night to check in, we were surprised to know that our room is downgraded and hotel asked to accept that room and will shift us in the booked room next day.
