Very bad treatment by the staff. Horrible breakfast You can't eat anything. At checkout time asked for grace period time just for half an hour but they reluctant to give even 10 minutes also. Strictly not recommended

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected. One of the rooms had a noticeable smell, which made it uncomfortable. Both rooms lacked balconies or windows, so there was no source of fresh air or natural light, which made the rooms feel quite stuffy. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, especially for vegetarians — there were no proper choices available, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was below average due to these issues. The hotel needs to improve its room ventilation and offer more inclusive food options.

Terrible Stay

The stay was below average. There was no ventilation in the room and there was an exhaust fan in the washroom that could not be turned off and it made very loud nice.

As the hotel staff was just now to pull out the money for nothing . The Indian food is not available in this hotel. We need to go out have food.

Good overall, recommended

It's a good place to stay, walkable distance from all the key shopping spots. The breakfast spread was also decent. Rooms has less ventilation but it's not a deal breaker for tourist. Staff was friendly and they even make us check-in an hour early, good people! Overall recommended.

Rooms are spacious, neet and clean, full of basic amenities . Service is good. Vietnamese food vegetarian as well as non vegetarian is available in bufet system If you are vegetarian , you must try vegetarian vietnam dishes. Hotel can provide you tour packages and taxi facility at nominal charge.
