The hotel is really good and the staff is very welcoming. Great location, walkable to HCMC night street, major attractions and museums and the Ben Thanh Market is just 1 km. You will get great street food, massage and spa shops around the area. Lot of vibes near the park and the streets. We just stayed 1 night with family and kid, it was a great option and value for money. But if you have more days in HCMC and travelling with family, better options are still available. this is just like a 3star hotel.

Very bad treatment by the staff. Horrible breakfast You can't eat anything. At checkout time asked for grace period time just for half an hour but they reluctant to give even 10 minutes also. Strictly not recommended

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected. One of the rooms had a noticeable smell, which made it uncomfortable. Both rooms lacked balconies or windows, so there was no source of fresh air or natural light, which made the rooms feel quite stuffy. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, especially for vegetarians — there were no proper choices available, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was below average due to these issues. The hotel needs to improve its room ventilation and offer more inclusive food options.

Location of hotel is excellent. It’s walkable distance to most of attractions in the city. The staff are very courteous. Great choice of continental and local food is available for breakfast. Rooms are very clean and they are smokers friendly too, over all it’s a good value for money.

It's a good place to stay, walkable distance from all the key shopping spots. The breakfast spread was also decent. Rooms has less ventilation but it's not a deal breaker for tourist. Staff was friendly and they even make us check-in an hour early, good people! Overall recommended.
