We were there for enjoyment and we got what we wanted, loud music coming from the street is ok for me, the Valentine Hotel - Bui Vien has two types of room window or without a window, it is up to you which you decide. The window room has noise because of street music it is obvious. And without a window you will get it. The people are so nice there, the overall Valentine Hotel - Bui Vien is good they provide a fridge, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, tooth brush, daily small water bottle, towel. The Valentine Hotel - Bui Vien is in the entrance of bui vien street at night it is a crowded place but not that much.

They gave us VIP rooms both the times, it’s in the heart ( walking street ) of Ho Chi Minh City. It’s loud during the weekends but if you have rooms facing the other side of the street then its perfectly fine!
