No vegetarian options for Indians . Very smelly breakfast area like of sea food . Complimentary high tea with suite is of no use . Location is good

it's a well located hotel with beautiful view from top floor. it's walking distance from Ben than market which is central for all shopping.

it was a good stay, but the amenities didn't meet the cost. Overall a good experience. the pool and view is really nice. tasty cocktails.

Paradise saigon gave us a luxurious and comfortable stay. We were provided welcome drinks and the check in process was seamless. The included breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spacious airy and quite clean

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Super small rooms, not a great breakfast spread, no cutlery in the room, smallest tea cups, no glasses. Below average hotel. Completely avoidable.

Location in district 1 so was close to hop on hop off bus, other sight seeing sites. Indian restaurants are closeby. Staff is v helpful. Bfast buffet was a good spread. Vegetarians may hv ltd choice

The property is really well maintained and the location is also perfect. The ban than market and the bui vein walking street is very close by. The hotel staffs are really helpful. So highly recommended

Despite booking one of the most expensive rooms, they clearly discriminated against us and allowed other foreigners to have an early check-in. When they gave us the second room at 1. 59 pm it was confirmed that the manager was racist. Also, the bell boy delivered the suitcases in wrong rooms and then refused to re-deliver it to the correct room. They didn’t have bottles of water and offered tap water instead to us. Recommended to avoid

The hotel is good but smaller than the pictures. Our room was upgraded to executive suit and that room looked decently spaced. I wonder what small rooms are like. But the location of hotel is amazing. If you are there to just travel and explore the city, the location will hit disappoint you. Overall a good stay. Good breakfast as well!

Its very near to the been than g market and also the saigon centre mall. The vibe of the location makes your stay more pleasant.

Good staff behaviour. Cooperative and helpful at every step when we needed. Food quality was nice with hygiene. I would like to recommend my friends for it. Location is also excellent all the picnic places are nearly located.

Good location, nice, very clean and large rooms. Excellent staff and hospitality, very helpful in making and planning your travel arrangements. Close to all the good local cuisine restaurants and clubs. Room service was excellent and the food was good. The channels aired on the television can be improved with more international channels.
