The Myst Dong Khoi

The property is beautiful, the food and beverage was very bad. To top it off our safe wasn’t working which i called them up to fix cause the battery was low, they did not fix it even tho i told them it was the battery, so we left it for the following day. The next day they went into the safe and removed our belongings and cash which was in an envelope, videoed themselves counting our cash which when checked by myself was 100 usd short. I brought it up to them and they showed me the video which i have been working in hotels and restaurants for 20 years and this is not a standard practice. Just fell like our privacy was violated very badly and i wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel, staff goes over and above to take care of your needs. Rooms are large and spacious, pool and private beach are simply breath taking, buffet breakfast has plenty od options for all. Location-wise, you really can't walk to anywhere but grab rides are easy to find.

It's an excellent hotel and must have experience in ho chi minh. Centrally located and amazing hospitality.
