Hi, it was a very good stay overall, location and Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa amenities are perfect, Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa staff is very helpful. Food is amazing as well, overall a perfect location and experience to stay right in the centre of hochiminh that too at district-1. Would recommend this, only drawback is the size of room, which makes it difficult when u have big suitcases.

It's a nice property located very conveniently. Market is 5 min walk. Many tour operators around. 2 indian restaurants are just across the road. It's a clean facility. Staff is helpful. Rooms are clean with no smell. Bathrooms are also clean. Limited veg options for breakfast but not bad. Cost could be on the lower side to make it full 5 star rating.

very luxurious Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa. the staff was good. buffet had a huge variety. the only problem in vietnam Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spas is check in time is 2 pm which is too late. it should be 12 pm

Well the rooms are not sound proof in the new wing. Every time someone shuts the door or walks in the corridor you can hear the sound loud and clear
