Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa

This hotel has some very bad smell all over it including lifts. The bed is so cracky if you change side it gives sound everytime you cannot sleep peacefully plus your back will be gone.

We had booked the hotel for 2 nights and had a great stay. Staffs were really nice. Breakfast was included in the booking and they have a good spread

The stay was very good. Extremely centrally located, very comfortable rooms, good housekeeping and very helpful and friendly staff. It’s a great place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

The property is approximately 8 km away from airport. The price you should pay , we got fooled but learnt a lesson. Money exchange is best at the gold shop in the city. The hotel is right in the centre and from here the night walking street is about 10 min by walk. Hotel is clean and nice.

They are only interested in additional money No early check in allowed They will say rooms are full but if you are willing to pay for additional one day that is from the previous day suddenly rooms will be vacant. Pathetic.

The reception staff was the worst even after booking from make my trip they ask for a deposit. We checked out only 10 minutes late and they charge from us . I recommend no one to go there

Room was very small, everything was average, location was good. Other than staff did well, but the pictures shown are not justified.

very luxurious hotel. the staff was good. buffet had a huge variety. the only problem in vietnam hotels is check in time is 2 pm which is too late. it should be 12 pm

Hi, it was a very good stay overall, location and hotel amenities are perfect, hotel staff is very helpful. Food is amazing as well, overall a perfect location and experience to stay right in the centre of hochiminh that too at district-1. Would recommend this, only drawback is the size of room, which makes it difficult when u have big suitcases.

It's a nice property located very conveniently. Market is 5 min walk. Many tour operators around. 2 indian restaurants are just across the road. It's a clean facility. Staff is helpful. Rooms are clean with no smell. Bathrooms are also clean. Limited veg options for breakfast but not bad. Cost could be on the lower side to make it full 5 star rating.

Location is good. Food menu not suitable for indians. No response from sales team. Extra bed provided was a converted sofa with a thin blanket serving as mattress leading to backaches

Well the rooms are not sound proof in the new wing. Every time someone shuts the door or walks in the corridor you can hear the sound loud and clear

Hotel is good, but too many rules. Take deposit of usd 50 from indians. Value pack for amount you pay.

It was a nice stay with alagon and the food was really good. All things about alagon is amazing. We will choose alagon in our next visit to ho chi min h city.

Highly scam hotel. All OK but they charged 400 VND for 15min late check out even if we informed. This is very bad part of the hotel. we lost umbrella they charged 250vnd it is OK and acceptable. You careful about the hotel about the charges...we travelled many international hotels but this is fishy and scam.

Rooms are small though we stayed in tripple room without window. They charged 400vnd for 20 min late checkout but we are just 5 min late to enter. This is very bad experience. We stayed in many hotels internationally but this is one unpleasant experience that we don't want to remember. I advise to others stay well informed. We never know that that charge so much for 15 min late checkout. Scam this hotel is.

Great location. Great facilities. Lots of fine restaurants nearby. Wonderful staff! breakfast is good.
