IBIS FUJAIRAH

My stay was disappointing. At check-in, I was told Ibis was closed and had to check in through Novotel. The process was very slow, and the receptionist was not welcoming at all—her attitude left a bad impression. The room had no dental kit, and the balcony door was locked and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days. On the positive side, the breakfast was good. Overall, not the kind of experience I expected.

The room was teribble, Ac controller was not working, no toileteries provided, worst room service. I asked my breakfast to be given me at my room but then they told me i have to come to pick it up and also not on IBIS reception they called me at novotel reception. Worst stay ever not booking ibis again in my life

The property lacks in many aspects from dental kit on request / No bathroom leg Mat / Not even soap available / Swimming pool with no temperature control at the time we went / Poor customer services / No bedroom slippers available etc.

Standard twin Room are small but Cozy, neat and clean, no disturbance in night, I like the stay . Will come back again if room price are competitive. Didnot tried BF because I was in a leisure cum offical visit.

They need to add jacuzzi bath and steam bath as well. Kidy play area also they need to add.

It is not clear that two bed mean twin beds. It is written as very small and unnoticeable.

Well i used to book ibis only when and if required, but the current stay is very disappointing for me. We have been informed while check in that breakfast will be in this specific area. When we came in the morning the section was closed there were no information neither there is anyone to help us, except the notice board and than when we reach to new designated area which they have arranged for breakfast it was clubbed with novotel hotel guest with a long waiting queue which took us to get in the dinning area around 45 minutes. I do understand that it is the holiday occasion in uae and each one of us have our own reasons to deal with but for our comfort stay we pay and we only expect the good. Please empathise the situation on you assuming the guest of the hotel with same situation. Just a request if you cannot accommodate the good service than please dont take the booking.

The facilities are good and the reception is approachable and accommodating, however the staff lady in duty at the pool area by around 11am to 12 noon onward s is not friendly, we are not advised for the specific attire for swimming and no reminders also noted in the place so not aware, i am wearing a swim wear (spaghetti top and shorts - cotton type) but when im about to approach the pool, she just came and saying, this is not a swim wear and not allowed in unfriendly tone. I might have misinterpreted it, but im hoping she have said it other way and i would gladly follow all the rules. Thank you

The food was delicious specially pPasta mushroom in Novotel coffe also staff in sport bar so friendly but the Egyptian man in reception Disrespectful but Naveed so friendly and helpful ❤️

Initially i got q room without balcony which didn't even have proper lighting inside. The washroom looked old and not maintained properly. I was left with no choice than to upgrade to a balcony room. This was better as there was at-least natural lighting. In the end there was less than 100 dirhams difference compared to doubletree by hilton. I don't recommend at all.

It was ok for a short business trip. No receptionist is available, i have checked in through novotel. When i checked in they told me that i could get the invoice during checkout. When i asked for an invoice. The reception staff behaved indifferently and said there was no invoice from their end for online booking guests.

Food is poor. Room service is also poor.

It’s amazing trip good staff clean room delicious food don’t forget dillip in sport bar so friendly and helpful
