Don't book this hotel as this is discontinued on book my trip by the owner. Have to wait 3 4 hours to sought this matter but the service from make my trip was fantastic and they gave us new hotels to choose from.

The most horrible place ever.

familyThe most horrible place ever. Its a complete sham. There is no hotel by the name patong grand. Infact at the same location is a shady place called the hill resort. There are mosquitos in room but the staff refuses to provide repellent. There is no power backup so now and then electricity goes. There is no room phone. Breakfast is horrible. Make my trip should be ashamed of listing such fraud places. Clear fact that the name of hotel and phone numbers are fraudulent imply there is something fish
