Porterhouse Beach Hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. We were three people, and the hotel provided us with two very neat and clean rooms. The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk from Patong Beach. There’s also a nice swimming pool right in front of my room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner, Ann, took great care of us throughout our stay. I had read some bad reviews before booking, but honestly, I didn’t face any such issues. If you are polite and handle things properly, everything will go smoothly. Ann even returned our caution money one day before checkout without any hesitation, which shows how genuine and trustworthy she is. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Patong — clean rooms, friendly management, and perfect location near the beach. Highly recommended! 🌴😊

The hotel was nice. Pool was amazing and clean. Auntie at the reception was so cool and cute. My room was super clean and good. There was no one to disturb you. Come anytime, go anytime.

We had a fantastic time staying at Poterhouse in Phuket! The place is absolutely beautiful – the rooms were clean, stylish, and super comfortable. I especially loved their swimming pool. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Patong Beach from the hotel. The whole property had a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing – so kind, helpful, and always smiling. Everything about our stay was perfect. I’d highly recommend Poterhouse to anyone visiting Phuket. I’d love to come back again! ❤️

The hotel was clean but the swimming pool was closed and television was not working.

We stayed in porter house, patong Phuket from 24/12/23 to 27/12/23. We booked the hotel after seeing good reviews but it was total disappointment when we stayed there. Location was excellent, beach was just after crossing the road. But the services were pathetic. There was no elevator and we had to carry our bags to second floor. There was only one staff and no one was available after evening. No food even drinking water was not available in the hotel. Swimming pool was dirty. They took bhat per room for deposit money and at the time of check out when we asked for that he shouted and threatened us even to the ladies. It was a nightmare
