I stayed at 5 hotels during my Thailand trip, this was the worst. It started with checkin process where the hotel had no staff to carry the luggage. Me and my wife had to carry it through stairs. The rooms were ok with pool view. But very old style bathroom fittings and fixtures. The brekfast was average with 3-4 items and 2 beverage option. At checkout i kept my luggage at reception and informed I have pickup at 2 Pm. The pickup guy came and announced for pickup. I was around the gate only. The driver didnt care to call atleast. However even the reception staff didnt care to tell them that there are guest waiting. The driver left and i had to spend from my pocket to reach pier. Last but not least, I had mistakenly booked the hotel twice by different Apps. I tried explaining the staff that i am cancelling 1 booking with request of no cancellation fees, . All in all, it was bad experience staying there. Dont book if you want hotel like basic facilities atleast.
